At T4 Taxes, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are provided if the service is not rendered or if there is a significant error on our part. Refunds are not issued for services that have already been completed.

Refund Request:
To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of service delivery. Your request will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Services:
Some services, including customized consulting or document preparation, are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 15 business days to the same payment method used for the original transaction
